Coles are recalling their one metre tall plush bears in both dark brown and white colour variants with a red ribbon on the neck.

What are the defects?

The toys may liberate polyester fill during use as they do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).

What are the hazards?

Polyester fill may present a choking hazard if ingested by infants.

Coles Nappy Recall

A voluntary Coles nappy recall is being carried out on their Dry Fit Nappy packs (all varieties & pack sizes) after a local mum discovered her daughter choking from loose fibres.

The product is being recalled as a precaution and no other nappies are affected.

Customers should not use this product but return it to their nearest Coles or BI-LO store for a full refund. For more information and if you have any queries, please contact Coles Customer Care on 1800 061 562.
